OUR FABRICATION PROCESS

Make Your Selection
It’s important that you see all the products that you are contemplating and give us approval to use those materials before we begin the fabrication process. Please note that materials like marble, granite, soapstone, and quartz come in a wide variety of colors, patterns, shapes, and shading. These physical traits do not affect individual performance, so it’s really a decision of which aesthetic you prefer.

Prepare For Templating
Templating can begin once all cabinets have been installed and leveled. Moulding, panels, and appliances – especially cooktops and sinks – must be permanently installed before the templating process. Client approval must be provided by a designated decider who is over 18 years of age. This individual will have to be present throughout the course of the template process so that any questions or concerns can be addressed right away. We want you to be familiar with the project and understand exactly what work is being completed.

Installation Process
The homeowner or the designated decider will need to be present throughout the course of the installation. We will need your approval for seam placement. Seams are based on the size of the material, countertop layout, and access sites. They will be visible and can be felt. We can use a color coordinated epoxy to blend the seam into the rest of the countertops. Though the client has discretion, Palo All Tile & Countertops does reserve the right to override if adjustments are necessary.

Please note that our contractors are not responsible for moving appliances, furniture, or other belongings that may be stored in your cabinets. If we deem something necessary to be moved, Palo All Tile & Countertops is not responsible for any damages.

Palo All Tile & Countertops experienced team, combined with a fully digital CNC process and state-of-the-art water jet technologies, delivers the precision installations our customers deserve. Best-in-class water and air filtration systems ensure Palo All Tile & Countertops fabrication process is environmentally friendly. That’s the Palo All Tile & Countertops difference.

FINISHING TOUCHES

Palo All Tile & Countertops does not include plumbing or electrical services in the installation process. This means that we do not reconnect sinks or cooktops. Cutouts for these areas may be performed, and dusting should be expected. It’s helpful to cover areas that you want to protect from dust prior to installation. Once installation is completed, the site will be left in broom condition.

Painting, wallpaper, and other final wall preparation projects should be postponed until after the installation process is complete. While we take care to avoid any issues during installation, scrapes, punctures, and other damages do sometimes occur. However, as these are incidental damages, the client becomes responsible for the repairs.

Once we have completed installation, you will need to be physically present for final inspection. We will give you a form to be signed. This agreement will say that you approve of the job that we have done and are satisfied with the quality of the work, the final product, and the damage-free conditions.
